Dr. Clark believed that many health issues arise from the accumulations of toxins in the body, particularly in the liver and gallbladder. She posited that these organs can and do become congested with impurities, gallstones, calcium deposits, various chemicals, and parasites (worms).
These parasites living inside the liver can actually block bile ducts off completely leading to various health problems as the liver is the primary detoxifying organ in the body.

Mechanism of Action:
The flush is designed to stimulate the liver to release bile, which aids in digestion and detoxification. The flush facilitates the expulsion of gallstones and other debris including parasites, trapped bacteria, dormant viruses and so on. This is possible because of the Magnesium Sulfate (Epsom Salt) which opens the bile ducts before the olive oil/grapefruit mixture is consumed.
Ingredients:
- Epsom Salt (Magnesium Sulfate): used to relax the bile ducts and promote the expulsion of stones. It also acts as a laxative to prepare the intestines and help eliminate waste.
- Olive Oil: stimulates the gallbladder to contract and release bile, which aids in dislodging and flushing out stones, debris, and parasites.
- Grapefruit Juice: contains citric acid and specific antioxidants that stimulate the liver and help filter and excrete chemicals from the body. Helps to dissolve the gallstones.
